You
should be at the Attendant Console to change the time.
To set date using a twelve hour clock
Press the FUNCTION key.
Dial 14.
-----"HHMM" flashes in display, asking you to enter the time.
Dial the time using a 24 hour format.
-----Example: 1:00 PM = 1300
Idle display sets should now show the time as set.

At the test extension or Console
- dial *15 (24 hour)
- Enter Time in 24 hour format HHMM
- Press release
- Dial *80
- Enter Date DDMMYY
- Press release

CHANGE THE TIME FROM THE ATTENDANT CONSOLE:
Press the FUNCTION key.
Press ATT FUNCTION.
Press SET TIME
-----The display will show "Enter Time (HH:MM)= *Enter the first 2 digits for
the hour, the ":" will automatically be displayed,
enter the next 2 digits for
the minutes.
-----The display will show "Enter Time (HH:MM)=XX:XX (XX:XX= the current time.)
Press AM or PM.
----- AM or PM will only appear if the system is programmed for a 12 hour clock.
Press SET to enter the time as shown.
Press EXIT.
MITEL SX2000
TIME CHANGE NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED AT THE ATTENDANT
CONSOLE.
Press FUNCTION .
Press ATT FUNCTION softkey.
Press DATE/TIME
softkey.
Press 12 HOUR softkey.
Press SET TIME.
-----(Enter the
current time using four digits)
Press AM or PM
softkey.
Press EXIT softkey.
EXPRESS MESSENGER
Access the System Administrator mailbox.
Press 3 for DATE/BUSINESS HOURS menu.
Press 1 to set
system date and time.
Press # to skip date setting.
Enter current time HHMM.

Press the * key
twice to exit mailbox.
